The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work across a range of fit‑out, refurbishment, and new‑build projects throughout London and the South East, representing the consultancy’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.

• Lead and manage full QS duties across multiple high‑profile projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent delivery
• Oversee and review cost plans, procurement, and contract administration
• Guide and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey
• Monitor financial performance, reporting, and project forecasting
• Support business development efforts and contribute to team leadership

• 6+ years’ experience in a UK consultancy environment
• MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Proven leadership on multiple fit‑out and/or hospitality‑led schemes
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Strong pre‑ and post‑contract experience with JCT forms

• Salary between £70,000 – £80,000
