The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work across a range of fit‑out, refurbishment, and new‑build projects throughout London and the South East, representing the consultancy’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Associate Quantity Surveyor– Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full QS duties across multiple high‑profile projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent delivery
- Oversee and review cost plans, procurement, and contract administration
- Guide and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey
- Monitor financial performance, reporting, and project forecasting
- Support business development efforts and contribute to team leadership
- 6+ years’ experience in a UK consultancy environment
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership on multiple fit‑out and/or hospitality‑led schemes
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Strong pre‑ and post‑contract experience with JCT forms
- Salary between £70,000 – £80,000
- Clear route to Director level
