Chartered Surveyor (0‑2 yrs PQE)

My client has grown to be a prominent name across London & Home counties in the Property sector. They offer a diverse range of property services with main service lines being commercial / industrial agency, auctions, valuation & asset management.

They are hiring for their Valuation team and are interested in speaking with Valuers who are 0‑2 plus years PQE minimum, ideally those who have recently passed their APC or Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level.

• Varied work from banks, bridging lenders, councils & private individuals.
• Mostly residential and commercial work initially.

• 0‑2 yrs PQE as a Chartered Surveyor.
• Ideally recently passed APC, or at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level.

Long‑term hybrid working situation but have an established office presence which plenty take advantage of.

My client wishes to discuss OTE and salary earnings directly but, having worked this market for the past 8/9 years, they typically make strong offers.

All figures quoted above are agency approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments.
