RICS / MRICS Remote working Residential Surveyor - Hiring in Sheffield - £45 - 62,000, plus monthly bonus OTE around £82,500.

My client are a growing national independent carrying out L1, L2 and L3 Surveys with remote working offices.

The team are a likeable, outgoing closer-knit group who work together to offer ongoing daily support, ongoing training and have zoned in on multiple streams of business development and Google advertising to provide a stable workflow regardless of the location.

They have made it clear that they do not plan on becoming a larger corporate, more so a mid-sized independent which geared towards quality reporting over mass output, and where their surveyors are happy longer term and are able to operate and thrive with their flexible and meritocratic working culture and outlook. That being said, they are a growing company and as the company grows managerial positions and other opportunities will naturally present themselves for the right persons.

They carry out primarily L2 and L3 work (with suggested text, templated), L1 surveys (some secured lending work), mainly private valuations.

• Basic salary - Between £45,000 - 62,000 agency approx depending on experience, location and track record. OTE of around £82,500 (for more precise numbers, our client will discuss this at interview, this figure may be higher or lower, the 8.2k given as an approx average). Bonus paid monthly.
• Private healthcare with AXA - single
• 25 days holiday plus bank holiday plus Christmas (not classed as holiday but likely to be very quiet so if no work no working requirements).
• CPD partially covered, will require some personal cover - This is going to change, they will be doing a monthly CPD meeting.
• Expenses covered
• Mileage allowance or car allowance (to be discussed).
