We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support our client’s Fixed Network project teams in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of telecom infrastructure and NRSWA compliance.

• Supervise on-site civil works, including site setup, duct laying, reinstatement, and ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations.
• Conduct daily site audits to ensure all work meets the required specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and field teams, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Oversee permits and notices, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out risk assessments and pre-site surveys, identifying and addressing potential issues promptly.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil supervision, ideally within telecom infrastructure projects.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of telecom network builds and civil construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Preferred:
  British nationals or candidates holding Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
