Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager urgently required for a Investment Residential Development company.

The role will be to work on a strategic development that have a masterplan for 3000 units. The role will be to procure and deliver consultants and contractors to work the S278, drainage type of infrastructure on the scheme.

The ideal candidate will have worked for a Developer or Consultant (client side), understand green strategic sites and the complications of implementing the design of infrastructure of roads, S278 all drainage and utilities and be familiar with housing types and other building applications.
