Document Controller

The Company:

We are working with a leading contractor whose North West Regional Construction team delivers projects for clients across the North West of England.

Their turnover in the NW has grown year on year and is now comfortably above £200 million. They typically take on projects valued over £100 million in the commercial, industrial, care, leisure, pharmaceutical, retail, education and residential sectors.

The Role:

They need a Document Controller for their North West team.

Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all records are accurately filed and easily accessible.

You:

You have experience as a Document Controller for a main contractor, ideally on similar project types.

You will be based in or able to travel to Cheshire on a daily basis.

You possess a strong understanding of document control on large‑scale construction schemes.

You have experience using the software 4P.

You will work from the office with periodic site visits.
