Contracts Manager - Fit Out
Sheffield, £50k-£55k + Package
Benefits- Salary circa £50k-£55k (CIS option available)
- Car allowance and expenses
- Long‑term progression opportunities
- Projects across Yorkshire & North Notts
- Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
- Write and manage site programmes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
- Manage labour, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
- Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
- Oversee 4-5 live projects valued from £25k-£2m
- Report directly to the Managing Director
Specialist commercial interior fit‑out contractor. Projects ranging from £25k-£2m. Work includes schools, offices, and local authority projects.
Requirements- Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
- Minimum 5 years' management experience
- Good IT and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
