Salary: 35,000/ 40,000 + Package

Our client a respected regional contractor are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They work regionally on a variety of schemes which range in value from 50K- 10m.

• Project Coordination:
  Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
• Supervision:
  Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resource Management:
  Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, while monitoring budgets and costs to prevent overspending.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Communication:
  Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Card (Gold or Black)
• 1st Aid certificate
