Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Do you have experience within steel fabrication? TS Recruitment are working with a specialist contractor looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of architectural steelwork projects nationwide.

• Competitive basic salary

• 30 days annual leave (22 days plus bank holidays)
• Early finish on a Friday (2.30pm)
• Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm
• Pension after qualifying period

• Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
• Write and manage site programmes and coordinate design and manufacturing
• Commercially manage schemes ensuring they are delivered within budget
• Manage the supply chain including procurement, subcontractors, labour and plant
• Oversee quality control ensuring schemes are complete to the right standard
• Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
• Manage Contracts Managers and Site Management team

• Work on commercial and residential projects
• Projects ranging from £100k to £4 million
• Approved contractors on several frameworks

• Strong technical knowledge of architectural steelwork
• Client focussed and commercially aware
• Ability to read technical specifications and offer value engineering
• Full UK driving licence
