Experience / Qualifications

Obtain the BOHS P402 or equivalent RSPH qualification
Successful work history as an Asbestos Surveyor
Exceptional industry knowledge, including the HSG 264 guidelines
Strong IT and literacy skills
Excellent communicator
Diligent and professional

The Role

Work across a variety of premises, including commercial, domestic, industrial, public sector and local authority sites

Complete management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys
Produce detailed technical reports for clients
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
Wear PPE at all times
Carry out re‑inspection surveys
