• Estimating position dealing with a range of high quality balustrades, stairs, balconies and structural steel
• Liaise with clients and designers to gain a full understanding of project requirements
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain costs for materials, labour and plant and equipment
• Produce detailed take‑offs and formalised quotations to clients
• Keep internal database and documentation up to date
• Attend mid‑bid and post‑tender meetings
• Prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Work on project sizes ranging between £300k – £3m

• Must have 3 years’ estimating experience within a specialist subcontractor
• Must have steel fabrication experience, but will consider other building envelope backgrounds such as cladding, cladding support systems, metalwork, etc.
• Experience working on large scale projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High levels of attention to detail
• Driven, ambitious, self‑motivated and a positive attitude
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Able to commute or re‑locate
