Role Overview

Deliver a good variety of new build projects! Join a business with a strong pipeline of works in the Greater Manchester region.

My client is a regional building contractor active across Greater Manchester, working in commercial, industrial, residential and housing sectors. They deliver a range of design and build projects in industrial, commercial and leisure with typical project values from £5 million up to around £18 million.

Responsibilities

Commercially astute pricing of works on selected projects.
Ownership and accountability for delivering sub‑contact packages, ensuring best value and profit during and at the closing of project delivery.
Managing workload and projects independently, delivering schemes following budgets and timescales.
Proactive site experience working for a regional building contractor.

Qualifications

Full experience in delivering JCT or NEC forms of contract.
Qualified to MSc or BA Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
