Job Summary

A leading national cost and project management consultancy is looking to strengthen its Sheffield team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

With a reputation for delivering commercially driven advice on some of the UK's most complex and high‑profile developments, this consultancy is trusted by major public and private sector clients to lead large‑scale projects and programmes from concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will take a leading role on a range of framework‑led projects, with a particular focus on Healthcare and Ministry of Justice schemes. Working closely with key clients and stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing strategic cost advice, managing project finances, and ensuring successful commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead framework‑led projects in Healthcare and Ministry of Justice schemes.

• Senior‑level experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment.
• Experience working under NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong client‑facing skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Experience in Healthcare or Ministry of Justice projects is advantageous, though experience across other sectors will also be considered.
