Quantity Surveyor - Renewable / Solar Projects

I'm currently working with a leading engineering and energy-focused organisation who are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of renewable and infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering across the energy and construction sector, with exposure to a mix of commercial, operational and project-based work.

The Role

You'll be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:

Managing cost control, valuations and variations
Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
Preparing and reviewing applications for payment and final accounts
Monitoring project performance against budgets and forecasts
Assisting with contract administration (NEC preferred)
Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS stepping up
Background within construction, civils, infrastructure or energy
Knowledge of commercial processes, contracts and cost management
Exposure to NEC contracts (beneficial)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a project-driven environment
