Miller Homes is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for the West Midlands region, based at Choristers development in Streethay, Lichfield. You will provide on-site support to the Site Manager and help ensure builds follow the programme and meet company standards.
This role involves coordinating labour on a plot-by-plot basis, monitoring site activities, and assisting with safety compliance. You will cover for the Site Manager when needed and have opportunities to grow within the business.
