Goodman Masson is partnering with a housing association to recruit a Senior Voids Surveyor. The role leads the Voids service, with responsibility for inspections, specifications, cost estimates and handover to lettable standards.
You will provide technical surveying expertise across void properties, manage contractors, ensure works meet timescales and budgets, and drive value for money while improving performance and customer outcomes.
