Bovis is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Manager) to join our private sector construction business on a major project in the Northern home counties. You will manage procurement, post-contract activities and commercial reporting, ensuring value and compliance across the package.
Lead pre-construction to construction transition, liaise with client teams, and ensure safe, timely delivery while maintaining cost control and commercial integrity of the project.
