Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Defence Infrastructure project in the Richmond area. The role is on-site with an option to work from home one day per week, under NEC Option C contract terms and Inside IR35.
You will manage upstream contract administration, compile cost records, and coordinate with the Client team. Must hold a CSCS card and be willing to work on site four days a week, with eligibility to live and work in the UK.
