Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager for a 6-month contract on behalf of our construction client. This role is critical to the delivery of a high-profile project and requires a DV-cleared professional who is a sole UK national due to the sensitive nature of the work.

• Lead and manage construction projects through all RIBA stages (0-7), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication and reporting on project progress.

• Current DV clearance and sole UK nationality (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing construction projects through all RIBA stages

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in high-security or government-led projects is advantageous.
