• 5+ years of experience in a creative or content‑led design role
• A versatile portfolio showing bold campaign visuals, slick social content, and thoughtful branding
• Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
• Familiarity with AI design tools like Adobe Firefly to accelerate creativity
• Bonus points for Premiere Pro knowledge and video editing skills
• A natural feel for layout, type, motion, and visual storytelling
• The ability to shift gears between high‑level concepting and detail‑driven execution
