Art Director – Creative Department; eCommerce

• Lead the creative vision and direction for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Oversee the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Develop visual concepts for social media, ads, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in eCommerce, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and brand work.
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to visual details.
