Based at The Sharp Project in Manchester, the role leads the artwork process and collaborates with in-house studio teams to deliver high-quality content for print and digital campaigns.

• Take ownership of the artwork process from the initial brief to final sign-off across all print and digital mediums.
• Lead an established team of creatives, managing daily e-commerce shoots, brand campaigns, and in-store activations.
• Maintain strict quality control by centralising operations in-house and ensuring alignment with Footasylum brand and youth culture orientation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop smarter ways of working and continuously bring out the best in team members.
• Apply expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, with a meticulous eye for layout and typography.

• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with a track record of developing a growth-oriented team environment.
