Conduct regular trend research, competitor analysis, and shop reports to keep collections commercially relevant. Develop inspiring seasonal trend packs covering colour, graphics, fabrics, silhouettes, and mood direction. Keep internal systems and documentation organised and up to date. Support the wider design team with studio administration and day-to-day organisation.

Take part in inspirational shopping trips, including opportunities for international travel. Continue developing your skills by embracing new technologies, including AI-powered design tools. Person Specification Previous experience in menswear design, with boyswear or sportswear experience highly desirable. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. Commercially aware, with the ability to translate trends into successful long lead-time fashion collections.

Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment. A collaborative team player who thrives on sharing ideas and working creatively with others. If you're looking to join a growing business where your creativity will be valued, your ideas will be heard, and your career can flourish, we'd love to hear from you.
