As a Maternity & Newborn Photographer, you will:

• Conduct professional maternity and newborn photo sessions in the studio or on location.
• Create beautiful, emotive images using expert lighting, composition, and posing techniques.
• Make clients feel comfortable and confident throughout every session.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining a natural look.
• Manage post-production workflows and deliver edited galleries within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain photography equipment, props, and studio spaces to a high standard.
• Guide clients on styling, lighting, and posing to achieve the best results.
• Create engaging social media content showcasing recent work and promoting studio services.
• Keep up to date with the latest photography trends, editing techniques, and creative tools.

Successful applicants should have:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating maternity and newborn photography.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, colour correction, and image editing.
• Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
• Experience managing social media for photography or creative businesses.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to manage multiple photography sessions while maintaining exceptional quality.
• A friendly, professional, and patient approach, particularly when working with newborns and families.

• £34,000 per year
