Reports to

Supervisor / Duty Manager

Job Purpose

To help and encourage customers to have a fun experience, while observing safe and sensible behaviour.

To assist in serving customers at reception or cafe as required.

To serve and upsell customers Admission, Food, Beverages and Merchandise.

Major Objectives
  • Marshall the customers on Ninja Course.
  • Continuously monitor Health and Safety by observing misbehaviour and act accordingly.
  • Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service.
  • Provide guidance to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Serve on the caf and deliver food & beverages as required.
  • Clean tables and counter surfaces.
  • Take card payments.
  • Ensure parties have a meet and greet as well as a farewell.
  • Prepare and serve party food and contribute to the smooth running of parties in co‑ordination with Party Team on shift.
  • Wash up baskets and jugs as required.
  • Serve on reception desk as required.
  • Answer telephone and take messages.
  • Provide excellence in customer relations giving guidance and support.
  • Upsell merchandise items at reception.
  • Assist in cleaning at end of day including vacuuming site and cleaning washrooms.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance and completion of all mandatory training.
  • Ensure you follow the company health and safety procedures.
  • Cover as a party host where required.
