Required Qualities- Excellent customer service skills both internally with our team and when handling our guests
- Always maintain a professional and outgoing demeanor
- Represent the Woodhouse in every fashion through both their communication skills and polished appearance
- Work collaboratively with peers, management and spa professionals
- Maintain effective communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Multi-task efficiently
- Effective conflict resolution skills and willingness to think outside the box
- Detail oriented and analytically minded
- Respect guest confidentiality
- Take pride and care in their performance
- Stay current on full menu of experiences, price points, and retail product knowledge
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining guest areas for cleanliness
- Serving guests throughout their Woodhouse Experience
- Completing sales transactions
- Maintaining Woodhouse Day Spa standards in all aspects of operation
- Exceeding guest expectations in all areas of service

- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
- Ability to lift 5 lbs. & occasionally lifts/carries up to 15 lbs.
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly
- Primarily indoor work setting filled with various aromas from our retail products, and soft music playing in the background
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
We require a minimum of 1-3 years in a customer service role; additional experience in the wellness industry is a plus.
