Customer Experience Supervisor .Thisisafull-timetemporarypositionwiththepotentialtobecomepermanentforthesuccessfulcandidate.

Thehourlypayrateforthisroleis £13.05perhour,thehoursarehours

Mondayto

Friday:9:00am–5:30pmandone

Saturdaypermonth:10:00am–4:00pm(rotabasis).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provideworld-classcustomerserviceviaphone,email,social media,andlivechat.
  • Ensurecustomersaresupportedefficientlyandeffectivelyateverytouchpoint.
  • Offerexperttechnicaladvicebeforepurchasetobuildcustomerconfidence.
  • Useourbespokeordermanagementsystemtocheckandconfirmorders,suggestingwaystomaximisesatisfaction.
  • Liaisewithmanufacturersandcustomerstoresolvequeriesandfinalisetechnicaldrawings.
  • Manageshippinganddeliverydatathroughour

    CRM.
  • Resolvedelivery,damage,ordesignissuesquicklyandprofessionally.

The successful candidate will have experience in (preferred but not essential)
  • 1+yearsinanadministrativeorcustomerservicerole.
  • Experienceinhomeinteriors,windowcoverings,oronlineretailisabonus(butnotessential).
