We are seeking a warm, welcoming host to greet guests and owners, check passes, and guide them through their check-in experience. If you love creating memorable first impressions and enjoy a vibrant, guest-focused role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Primarily based outdoors, you'll welcome guests, owners and contractors warmly upon arrival at our check-in gate.
• Create a great first impression while assisting with the check-in process.
• Verify passes and registration documents, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities.
• Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.
• Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for.
• Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
• A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
