Position: EMEA AI SaaS Customer Success Lead — Growth & Renewals
A leading AI research company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of their AI platform across EMEA. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, analyzing product usage, and managing a portfolio of roughly 80 accounts. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer success with strong skills in driving revenue outcomes and a good understanding of the EMEA market.

Fluency in English and German or French is required.
