Position: Customer Support Officer - Hybrid, 18-Month FTC

Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council is seeking a Customer Support Officer in Stowmarket for a fixed term or secondment of 18 months. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary between £27,694 and £31,022 per annum, pro rata for part-time.

This position supports a flexible working environment, combining home and office work. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service through various methods, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving queries efficiently.
