Trust Ford is seeking a French speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent online service to customers. Your responsibilities will include resolving queries via e-mail and live chat for our French channels while co-ordinating with internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and possess excellent attention to detail. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including 33 days of annual leave and a pension scheme.
