Experis - Manpower Group is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Sheffield for a 5-month contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on delivering great digital journeys and improving customer satisfaction through journey mapping.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer success and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include analyzing customer journeys and collaborating with product teams to enhance the customer experience.

The pay rate is £650 - £730 per day.
