We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our busy automotive dealership in Walton as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every customer experience is a positive one. From the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave, your focus will be on delivering friendly, professional and efficient service—whether that’s face-to-face, over the phone or via email.

Greet customers and handle all service-related enquiries

Schedule service and repair appointments, coordinating with the workshop

Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle

Provide accurate estimates and explain any work carried out

Handle payments and follow-up with customers after their visit

Assist with general administrative duties and dealership support

Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the motor trade

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and positive attitude, even when under pressure

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Confidence using computer systems and booking software

A full UK driving licence is desirable
