Location:
Blackwood Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Liaise with Planning, Logistics, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and delivery issues. Maintain accurate customer records and order information. Produce customer reports and provide regular updates on order status. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
Previous customer service or account administration experience, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems. SAP experience would be advantageous.
