As Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing operational management of a portfolio of customers. Working closely with Sales Relationship Managers, you’ll ensure contractual obligations are met, KPIs are delivered, and service expectations are exceeded. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of key operational tasks and drive improvements across the business.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
• Deliver weekly and monthly operational tasks
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements
• Manage outstanding orders and stock with branch teams
• Coordinate new product requests with the Commercial team
• Build strong relationships with Branch Teams, Sales Relationship Managers, and senior stakeholders
• Resolve invoice queries and monitor outstanding debt
