First Group is recruiting for a Live Chat Customer Service Advisor based in Sheffield. You will provide exceptional written and email support across multiple channels, logging interactions and resolving issues to first-contact resolution where possible.
The role requires strong English writing skills, empathy, and the ability to work across shifts from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and some weekends. 37.5 hours per week with a comprehensive benefits package.
