Lanes Group is recruiting a Customer Liaison Officer to support Yorkshire Water AMP8 projects in Sheffield/Bradford. You will liaise with customers, planners, and partners to feed back information and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key duties include resolving customer queries, updating CRM, handling enquiries and complaints, and maintaining service levels. The role offers Monday–Friday 40 hours; salary £28k–£30k, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
