Lucy Walker Recruitment Ltd is working with a well-respected organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds. Joining a small and effective Customer Service and Sales Support team, the successful candidate will manage inquiries, quotes, orders and issues via telephone and email on a day-to-day basis.
You will build relationships with existing customers, handle complaints, and provide ad hoc admin support in a fully office-based role.
