to be the friendly face of Holman’s Wood Holiday Park, welcoming guests, supporting the smooth running of reception and ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience.

As a
Receptionist
, you will:
- Providea warm welcome
to all guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression. - Handleand relay messages
via phone, email or face to face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments. - Check guests in on arrival
, delivering 5-star customer service from themoment - Liaise with internal departments
to ensure guest needs are met quickly and efficiently - Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
for the safety ofour guests and colleagues - Support with general administrative duties
, including paperwork, reporting andfront-of-house organisation - Dealwith complaints professionally
, escalating where appropriate to ensurea swift resolution - Maintaina tidy and welcoming reception area
and ensure office supplies are stocked
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team player whobrings:
- Atleast 2 years experience
in a customer-facing or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer care instincts
, with a calm and efficient approach toproblem-solving - Great attention to detail
and the ability to juggle multiple tasks - Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Aflexible attitude
to working weekends and bank holidays as partof a rota - Initiative and professionalism
, with a helpful attitude at all times
