Working Pattern
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will provide product or service information, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and maintain accurate customer records.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Provide product or service information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and databases
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Proactive and organised, with a keen attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
