The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to work for one of our clients based in Sheffield.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) customer service role
, ideal for someone with good communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a busy office environment.
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Managing online chat enquiries.
Providing excellent customer service to business customers.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of customer service operations.
Previous customer service or office-based experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Good IT skills and the ability to manage different communication channels.
A friendly, organised and customer-focused approach.
Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00.
£13.40 per hour.
Temporary position.
Location:
Sheffield.
