Technical Architect Or Technologist

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering large‑scale architectural projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on producing high‑quality technical packages and ensuring smooth running of the projects.

• ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect or CIAT Chartered Technologist
• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience
• Proven track record in the Education sector (Secondary Schools desirable)
• Proven experience working on Large scale Residential projects (desirable)
• Strong communication skills – confident in client‑facing roles and the CEM process
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Demonstrable job‑running ability and knowledge of UK legislation
• Sketching/hand‑drawing skills advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
