Overview of the Role

Hunter Dunning is working with an established high‑end interior design studio in Surrey, seeking a Head of Interior Architecture to join its close‑knit team. This role suits a personable, technically strong individual with luxury residential experience, excellent client liaison skills, and good commercial awareness.

The studio specialises in luxury residential interiors for private clients and developers, with projects across the UK and internationally. The role will involve leading high‑end residential schemes across all stages, with a strong focus on interior architectural detailing, technical documentation, and client‑facing delivery.

• Lead luxury residential interior architecture projects across all stages
• Oversee/produce technical detailing and interior architectural documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Support project delivery from concept through to completion
• Contribute to BD, presentations and client meetings
• Provide guidance to team members and support project coordination

• Minimum 10 years’ UK experience in interior architecture
• Strong knowledge of interior architectural detailing and technical documentation
• Proven experience leading luxury residential projects across all stages
• Excellent client‑facing and presentation skills
• AutoCAD is essential;
  Sketch Up is beneficial
• Valid driving licence and access to a car

Salary is fully flexible depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and hybrid working, with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
