Salary: £34-38,000

The Role
Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion
Take responsibility for projects typically valued between £3m-£10m
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and key stakeholders
Produce and oversee technical design information and construction documentation
Attend client presentations, site inspections and project coordination meetings
Monitor programme, budget and quality to ensure successful project delivery
Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the wider success of the practice
The Ideal Candidate
ARB-registered Architect with several years' post-Part 3 experience
Proven ability to lead projects independently from feasibility through to completion
Experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare or industrial (manufacturing rather than logistics) sectors
Demonstrable track record managing projects valued between £3m-£10m
Excellent technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations
Revit experience is desirable
Strong communication, organisational and client management skills
Passionate about producing high-quality, technically robust architecture within a collaborative design-led environment
