The Role

  • Lead the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages
  • Manage projects typically valued between £3m-£10m (Architect) or £10m+ (Senior Architect)
  • Coordinate design teams, consultants, and client stakeholders
  • Prepare and review technical design packages and construction information
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings
  • Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high technical standard
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued success of the studio

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect with several years’ post-Part 3 experience
  • Demonstrable experience running projects independently from inception through to completion
  • Proven experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare or industrial (manufacturing rather than logistics) sectors
  • Experience managing projects valued at £3m-£10m
    , or £10m+ for Senior Architect applicants
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality architecture within a collaborative team environment
