Project Architect ​/ Project Technologist

Role Description The Project Architect / Project Technologist w, leading and supporting architectural projects from concept through delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design solutions, producing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating submittals, and ensuring that project information is accurate and up to date. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, managing project timelines and quality standards, and supporting sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design and technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project workflows, including coordination of Submittals and Project Management tasks.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and environmental standards..
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (Revit).
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, with clear and professional communication skills.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes, preferably with experience in similar project sectors.
• Relevant professional degree in architecture or architectural technology; professional registration or progress toward registration is an advantage.
• Ability to work in Sheffield with strong organizational skills and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
