Teaching Maths is like showing someone how to cook. Instead of simply handing them a recipe, it’s about helping students grasp why certain ingredients (concepts) fit together, encouraging them to experiment with different combinations (problem-solving strategies), and building their confidence so they can create their own “dishes” (solutions) independently.

** The Role
** We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Maths who can bring this vision to life; someone who can spark curiosity, nurture resilience, and help every student discover the beauty and real-world value of mathematics.
** As a Teacher of Maths, you will:
*** Deliver creative, challenging, and inspiring maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
* Use innovative approaches to break down complex concepts and boost understanding
* Plan and assess in line with the Oasis Curriculum to ensure every student makes progress
* Create a positive learning environment where all students feel confident to succeed
* Set high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal growth
* Support the wider life of the academy, including enrichment activities and community engagement
