About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team in Sheffield. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise pupils during the lunch period, both in the dining hall and playground.
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Assist with the organisation of lunchtime activities.
- Respond to incidents and follow school policies for safeguarding and behaviour management.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
