Your Mission
  • Offer tailored pastoral guidance through individual sessions and group workshops.
  • Champion positive student engagement by tracking attendance and promoting punctuality.
  • Serve as the vital link connecting the school, home life, and the student.
  • Mediate challenges and empower students with effective conflict-resolution skills.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection for every pupil.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
  • A background in pastoral care, mentoring, youth work, or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • Innate patience, resilience, and an open-minded, supportive attitude.
  • A solid, practical understanding of safeguarding protocols.
  • The ability to connect, communicate, and build trust with young people.
  • An Enhanced DBS check, or the readiness to apply for one.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
