Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable Teaching Assistants to support our partner schools throughout South Yorkshire for January starts
. As a Teaching Assistant in these settings, you will play a key role in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised support for pupils, helping with behaviour, emotional regulation, and academic progress.
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and adapt activities to suit individual learning needs.
  • Use positive behaviour strategies to encourage engagement and stability.
  • Monitor and record student progress, communicating clearly with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to provide consistent provision.
  • Follow all safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and well‑being of every pupil.
